SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The South Tahoe High School Drama Department under the direction of Ethan Niven will be performing the family favorite, The Sound of Music, for the next two weekends!
This classic musical has sing-along tunes such as My Favorite Things, Edelweiss, Do Re Mi, Climb Every Mountain, and of course the title song, The Sound of Music. The show features Madeline Jones as Maria, Aiden McKinney as Captain Von Trapp, Neo Harness as Elsa Schraeder, Gilberto Aguirre as Max, Hannah Kelso as the Mother Abbess, Olivia Celnar as Liesl, Scott Yamaoka as Rolf, and a delightful group of local students of all ages. Please join them and bring the whole family for the true story of the Von Trapp Family Singers.
Performances are Friday and Saturday, January 20, 21, 27 & 28 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, January 23 & 29 at 2 p.m. Ticket prices are $15 for Adults & $10 for Students 18 and under. Simply scan the QR code on the poster to be directed to our ASB sight for purchase, or tickets will be available at the door. Seating is on a first-come basis and there is no reserved seating. (Show dates may be extended depending on weather conditions or school snow days)
