One dead after plane wreckage found in Pinenut Mountains

One person is dead after wreckage was found from a plane that took off Wednesday night from Minden-Tahoe Airport, a Douglas County Sheriff's Office spokesman confirmed.
Wreckage of the missing Cessna model 172 airplane, piloted by Keith Jorgenson, was found on the ground in the Mineral Valley area of the Pinenut Mountain Range, approximately 14 miles southeast of Minden Airport, said Douglas County Sheriff's Office spokesman Jim Halsey.
The wreckage was found by the aircrew of the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office RAVEN helicopter.
Douglas County Search and Rescue members, along with Douglas County Sheriff's Office investigators and a coroner, are on scene on the ground at the site.
The airplane is occupied by one decedent. Identification of the decedent has not yet been made.
