CANCELED Lake Tahoe wildflowers topic of next Friends of the Library presentation

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO MAY.
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Join Bob Sweatt as he shares flowers from the 2022 Wildflower Year sponsored by the Tahoe Institute of Natural Sciences (TINS). Even though our gardens and wildflowers are buried by snow, it's always time to learn about rare, endangered and uncommon species.

Sweatt's presentation will be at the South Lake Tahoe Library on March 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is sponsored by Friends of the Library.

Lake Tahoe is an area abundant with wildflower species, many that can be found on your hikes, and some not so common.

Join in and find out about our diverse population of flowers. The Library is located at 1000 Rufus Allen Blvd, South Lake Tahoe.
