Tahoe Chamber hosting forums for El Dorado County supervisor and Douglas County commissioner races

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif./STATELINE, Nev. – The Tahoe Chamber is hosting two candidate forums, one for the El Dorado County Supervisor candidates, and the other for Douglas County Commissioner candidates.

The community is invited to learn more about the local candidates who will be on the June primary ballots. Both forums are open to the public and free to attend.

The first meeting is for the four candidates running for El Dorado County District V Supervisor. The forum is on Thursday, April 28 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on Zoom and Facebook. To attend, please preregister here or on www.tahoechamber.org to receive the direct meeting link.

The second meeting will be for the three candidates seeking election to the office of Douglas County Commissioner, District 4. The forum will be on Thursday, May 12 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and will be a hybrid of in-person at 169 US Highway 50, Stateline, Nev., and live on Zoom and Facebook. This forum will include an introductory presentation from Sharla Hales, running unopposed for Douglas County Commission District 2.
