Community meeting on Ski Run Boulevard/Heavenly parking situation

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The City of South Lake Tahoe is hosting a community meeting to discuss winter operations and parking in the Ski Run Boulevard area. It will be held on Wednesday, May 10 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Heavenly Mountain Resort's California Lodge.

City staff will be on hand to listen to the public on the topic. Heavenly recently announced they will be charging for parking via a reservation system in the 2023-24 season, causing concern among neighbors who feel this will only exasperate the already challenging parking and traffic circulating issues.

The California Lodge at Heavenly is located at 3860 Saddle Road, South Lake Tahoe.
