Celebrity Golf pairings for shotgun start for Wednesday Pro-Am

LAKE TAHOE, Nev. - The 2022 American Century Championship gets underway on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe this week, starting with a Pro-Am tournament on Wednesday, July 6.

This American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament will feature the strongest field from the world of sports and entertainment in the championship’s 33-year history, headlined by Justin Timberlake, Stephen, Dell and Seth Curry, Annika Sorenstam, Patrick Mahomes, Tony Romo, Aaron Rodgers, Charles Barkley, defending champion Vinny Del Negro and first-time participants Colin Jost of Saturday Night Live, WWE Superstar The Miz, and singers/songwriters Nick Jonas and Jake Owen.
This made-for-TV event is owned and broadcast by NBC Sports. The premier celebrity golf tournament, which also raises funds for local and national charities, distributes a purse of $600,000. The tournament is a 54-hole modified Stableford format.

After one year of no fans allowed due to COVID-19, followed by a year of 50 percent reduction in gallery size, this year there are no restrictions and large crowds are expected. Wednesday & Thursday (Pro-Am Days) – $30 each day, Friday-Sunday (Round 1-3) – $40 each day.
