POSTPONED - 40 local groups to be part of inaugural Tahoe Women's Community Fund Non-Profit Market Mixer

THIS EVENT IS BEING POSTPONED DUE TO THE THREAT OF WILDFIRE AND SMOKE FROM THE CALDOR FIRE.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Have you wanted to learn more about South Lake Tahoe nonprofits and volunteer opportunities but didn't know where to start? The Tahoe Women's Community Fund (TWCF) has created the first ever Non-Profit Market Mixer which will be held on August 26 between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Ski Run Boulevard (yes, on the roadway in the area of the weekly farmer's market).

The Non-Profit Market Mixer will allow the public to socialize with community members and learn about some of the great non-profits in our community. This event is intended to be a re-introduction of our community non-profits to our community members and vice-versa!

This farmer's-market style afternoon, will have 40 non-profits with tables set up on Ski Run Boulevard to showcase themselves to any interested community member. This event is free. TWCF will have limited non-alcoholic drinks for purchase, and the local nearby restaurants would love your business.
