Prowling in the 3100 block of Pasadena Ave - The suspect was arrested after taking his shoes off and sitting on the front porch of a house at 11:40 p.m. where he didn't know the occupants. He had been in the neighborhood over the previous two days with the same type of behavior according to police. He acted hostile and asked people living in homes for food, blankets and wouldn't leave the premises.
