Lake of the Sky Amphitheater presentation on black bears with "Tahoe" Toogee Sielsch

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Great Basin Institute will be hosting local urbanized bear expert "Tahoe Toogee" at its next event at the Lake Tahoe the Sky Amphitheater at Taylor Creek on Friday, August 30 at 7 p.m.

The title of Toogee's talk is "Black Bears in the Basin." This will be the first time he is visiting the stage at Taylor Creek.

Look for an informative and entertaining discussion on black bears in the Lake Tahoe Basin, and learn how to behave around them to keep them, and you, safe.

The Lake of the Sky Amphitheater is located at Taylor Creek Visitor Center, located three miles north of South Lake Tahoe on the lake side of Highway 89. It is past the Tallac Historic Site and just past Heritage Way and the turn to Fallen Leaf Lake.
