South Lake Tahoe students in grades 6-12 invited to Extracurricular Fair

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Students in grades 6-12 interested in finding out what there is to do outside of the school day are invited to attend the Tahoe Learning Haven Extracurricular Fair on September 13 from 6:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Lake Tahoe (BGCLT).
The Tahoe Learning Haven puts on monthly forums and fairs for community members to bring them more information about educational opportunities in our community. Their forums are always on the second Wednesday of every month, from 6:45 p.m. - 9 p.m. at the BGCLT located at 1100 Lyons Ave. in South Lake Tahoe.
The September forum is for teenagers and families interested in learning more about the extracurriculars that are offered in our community. They will be running the free event a bit like a job fair with stations set up around the room with different organizations represented at each station.

This fair will be focused on activities for teenagers - students from both the high school and middle school will be in attendance as well as 15 businesses and nonprofits that provide after-school opportunities to our teenagers!
