Panel discussion with South Lake Tahoe City Council candidates slated

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Tahoe Chamber invites the public to a moderated panel discussion with the candidates for the South Lake Tahoe City Council on Thursday, October 3 at the Landing Resort and Spa.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the event goes from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Hear from the candidates running for City Council. This in-person event is your chance to learn about the candidates' vision for the community so you can make an informed decision on election day.

Don't miss this opportunity to engage with your community and be a part of the democratic process.

If you have a question you'd like to be asked of the candidates, please email them to ceo@tahoechamber.org by Monday, September 30 and it may be added to the list of questions.

All seven candidates have been invited to participate:

Keith Roberts, chief operating officer
David Jinkens, retired city manager
Nick Speal, engineer
Heather Cade-Bauer, procurement contract coordinator
Aimi Xistra, nonprofit director/parent
Marjorie Green, project manager
Caitlin McMahon, alpine ski instructor
