Mrs. Heidel goes to Hollywood!

Well, she did it! South Tahoe High English Department Chair Bridey Heidel is heading south to The Ellen Show and Duran Duran!
South Tahoe Now shared her story a few weeks ago, and now her dream is coming true.
The popular teacher and advisor for the school's ALLY club was relentless in her pursuit of meeting life long idols Duran Duran on her favorite television show, The Ellen Show. Her specially created facebook page was dedicated to meeting them, and now she has tickets in hand for Ellen DeGeneres's Tuesday show when the band makes an appearance. The show will be taped on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 and air the next day on September 23. The Ellen Show can be found on CBS KTVN-Reno, Channel 2.
Bridey told us, "If we can’t teach the kids to dream big dreams, what are we doing?" Now that she's found her way to Los Angeles, Heidel said “From middle school to middle age, my dream is fulfilled!”
The campaigning isn't over yet though....she wants to actually meet them and not just be in the audience!
