COVID-19 cases for Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County

EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. - There have been 34 new cases of COVID-19 in El Dorado County since yesterday.

Pollock Pines, Camino, Kyburz - 808 cases - +7 - The 14-day new case rate is 62 with 457 per 100,000 residents.
El Dorado Hills - 3182 cases - +5 - The 14-day new case rate is 132 with 311 per 100,000 residents.

Diamond Springs, El Dorado - 716 cases - +2 - The 14-day new case rate is 42 with 447 per 100,000 residents.
North County - 783 cases - +2 - The 14-day new case rate is 44 with 304 per 100,000 residents.
Greater Placerville - 2740 cases - +8 - The 14-day new case rate is 147 with 401 per 100,000 residents.
Cameron Park/Shingle Springs/Rescue - 2659 cases - +2 - The 14-day new case rate is 152 with 430 per 100,000 residents.
South County - 212 cases - +0 - The 14-day new case rate is 13 with 125 per 100,000 residents.
Lake Tahoe region - 3407 cases - +1 - The 14-day new case rate is 68 with 225 per 100,000 residents.

The active case count is 1,052 - (-52). 612 additional negative test results - 69 assumed recoveries (13,627).

To date, 130 El Dorado County residents have died from COVID-19. There were no new deaths today.

There are 19 (-1) hospitalized with 4 (-1) in the ICU. Of these patients, 15 are hospitalized at Marshall, 5 at Barton. Of the ICU patients, 1 is in Barton, 4 at Marshall in Placerville.

Currently the State's website says there are 4 available ICU beds in the county, 4 at Barton Health in South Lake Tahoe, 0 at Marshall. Barton has said there are plenty of beds available even if the state's website doesn't show it.
