South Tahoe High homecoming parade and game on October 7

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Alumni and the South Lake Tahoe community are invited to join South Tahoe High students, staff, faculty, school board members, special guests, and Superintendent Cutler on Friday, October 7 for the school's annual Homecoming Parade.

The theme of this year's parade is "Disney."

The parade will start at the Lake Tahoe Unified School District bus garage on Al Tahoe Boulevard at 4:30 p.m. There will be convertibles, fire trucks, floats, utility trucks, STHS Wrestling Team Bus, and homecoming royalty starting at this location. As the parade slowly makes its way down Lake Tahoe Boulevard, they will be joined by participating walking groups as it moves by Motel 6. The parade will conclude at STHS Viking Stadium.

On Friday night, the Vikings varsity football team will host North Valleys High School at 7 p.m., following the 4:30 p.m. junior varsity game.
