Meyers community holds annual outdoor gear swap

Shoppers and swappers are invited to head to Meyers Community Foundation's 3rd annual Gear Swap on Sunday, October 16 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Westgate parking lot adjacent to the Divided Sky and Downtown Cafe.

For those wishing to sell their quality summer and winter gear, drop off times are from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. They would like to have outerwear, skis, snowboards, bikes, paddle gear, climbing gear, camping equipment, and other outdoor toys. They ask that no equipment over five years old be brought for sale.

It will cost sellers $1 cash per item, plus a 20 percent commission. Unsold gear must be picked up between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and all unclaimed items will be considered as a donation.
