Science is a process that can be used to come closer to the truth than mere cheerleading for one's candidate. Science says that I can only use observed, material data to come to a truthful conclusion. So let us see where both presidential candidates have any actual verifiable material evidence for their claims.
Biden claims that If he had been president, his policies would have prevented the two hundred thousand plus deaths that happened under the Trump policies. Here is the important scientific approach: since Biden did not implement his policies, we have no hard evidence from his policies! Therefore, his assertions that he would do better than Trump are scientifically invalid! Where you do not have the actual observable evidence, and since he did not institute his policies, he is making a claim that he cannot back up with indisputable hard facts! Biden is guessing! Trump claims that had he done nothing, over two million deaths would ensue. But, since he put policies into practice, he has no actual results as though no policies were in place. Trumps’ claims are unverifiable for the same reasons as Biden’s assertions are. By the way, this is where both candidates start lining up experts whose' subjective educated guesses fit the candidates’ narrative. But they are still subjective guesses! What is my observation of what man does in this situation? Man makes a leap of the belief that his candidate's claims are correct. However, just remember that your subjective belief is not verifiable truth and you could be wrong!
