V&T Railroad's 'Candy Cane Express runs weekends through Christmas Eve

The Candy Cane Express, a family favorite, will begin on the Friday after Thanksgiving and run on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, through Dec. 24.
This 45-minute round trip journey to Santa’s Christmas Workshop is sure to get your family in the holiday mood with special treats, a reading of the 1872 “T’was The Night Before Christmas”, Christmas Carol sing-alongs, and of course, a visit with the Jolly Old Elf and his dear friend “Lollypop.”
All seats will be sold as reserved seating in groups of 2 and 4, with lap babies traveling for free. Tickets and seating charts are available online at virginiatruckee.com. Free parking is available.
The train leaves from the F St 1870s Depot, 165 F Street, Virginia City, Nevada.
