South Lake Tahoe: Thanksgiving forecast includes chance of rain and snow

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The seven-day forecast includes a chance of rain and snow in the Sierra and Lake Tahoe, though timing and details of the long-awaited pattern chance remain unclear.

High pressure will lead to dry and stagnant conditions under valley inversions through the weekend. A pattern change mid to late next week will open the door for a couple modest systems with light to moderate precipitation amounts possible.
