Liberty makes continuous infrastructure investments to improve service reliability. However, outages can still occur for many reasons—some beyond Liberty’s control.
Liberty’s full report, filed with the CPUC, can be viewed on its website on the “Outages Map” webpage under the Emergencies & Outages tab; scroll down past the map. The workshop presentation will also be available on that webpage.
