Tahoe Toy Run

The 21st annual Tahoe Toy Run roll through South Lake Tahoe on Saturday, Oct. 1, The South Lake Tahoe event is a major fundraiser for Christmas Cheer, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing food to needy families and Christmas toys to underprivileged children. Motorcycles will start at the Horizon Casino at Stateline beginning at 10 a.m. and parade down Highway 50, led by Santa Claus, to the Lake Tahoe Airport. Entertainment will include raffle prizes, auction, barbecue, and live music featuring the Cash Only band and Deep Fryed Mojo playing from noon to 8 p.m.

Hailed as one of the most sought after harmony vocal groups of today, The Standards have enjoyed success worldwide for their unique approach to vocal entertainment. The Tahoe Improv Players at Valhalla Arts, Theatre & Music Festival

The Tahoe Improv Players, the longest running comedy show in Lake Tahoe, return to their favorite theater for the 17th summer. As always, their show is fast paced, unique, funny and fun for all ages. 7:30 p.m. at the Valhalla Grand Hall. Proceeds form this evenings performance will benefit the Tahoe Tallac Association. Safari Rose Sunset Wine Cruise

Join us aboard the Safari Rose for a fundraiser to benefit the Tahoe Arts Project. From 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15. The event, which begins at the Tahoe Keys Marina, will feature wines and appetizers donated by local businesses.
