South Lake Tahoe man jailed for alleged food tampering now faces new charges
Submitted by paula on Fri, 12/09/2016 - 8:29pmHarry Dally, the man accused of putting a bleach-like substance on food at two locations in South Lake Tahoe, is now facing additional charges of assaulting a custodial officer with a deadly weapon.
On December 4, 2016, Dally allegedly created a makeshift edged weapon while in the El Dorado County Jail and attacked a correctional officer. The officer did not sustain any injuries according to El Dorado County Sheriff's Sgt. Tasha Thompson.

Submitted by paula on Tue, 11/22/2016 - 11:01pmA South Lake Tahoe man is behind bars tonight after being arrested as the suspect in a food contamination case at Raley’s in the Village Center near Stateline.
On Tuesday, November 22, South Lake Tahoe Police Department (SLTPD) arrested 43-year-old Harry Dally at his residence and booked him into county jail on a single felony count of intentionally dispensing a contaminating substance capable of causing death or injury on food items for human consumption. At this time he is only charged with the crime at the Hot Wok inside of Raley’s. His bail has been set at $100,000.
