Taqueria Jalisco recognizes Tahoe Area Coordinating Council for the Disabled

Each direct donation to TACCD in the amount of $25 will have you entered into a drawing for a helicopter flight for two from the South Lake Tahoe Airport and over Emerald Bay ($140 value compliments of Reno Tahoe Helicopters). You can mail your donations to TACCD, 2572 Lake Tahoe Blvd., Suite 2, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 or leave your donation, name and phone number with the business owner when you stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Tahoe Area Coordinating Council for the Disabled is being recognized by area restaurants in celebration of the council's 31 years. Taqueria Jalisco in South Lake Tahoe will host lunch, dinner and recognize TACCD on Oct. 25. Taqueria Jalisco is located at 3097 Harrison Avenue behind Rojos.
October was chosen for the annual fundraising events to highlight October as Disability Awareness and Employment month.
Taqueria Jalisco will donate a percentage of their income for a selected day; and the locals annual Treat Street safe-Halloween (Pine Cone Motel on 735 Emerald Bay Road) will have members of the Kiwanis Club of Tahoe Sierra’s Aktion Club assisting TACCD in selling hot dogs for a special fundraiser.
