About The Cystic Fibrosis Lifestyle Foundation
The mission of the The Cystic Fibrosis Lifestyle Foundation CFLF is to provide avenues toward healthy and active lifestyles through recreation, thereby empowering and educating people with cystic fibrosis on the critical psychological, social and emotional connections between their lifestyle and their health. The organization awards CF Recreation Grants to people of all ages with cystic fibrosis to help pay for activities that empower and enrich their quality of life through improved physical and emotional health.

A recent grant recipient shares her gratitude for the impact the CFLF is having: "Thanks to the CFLF I was able to get my gym membership covered. I have put my body in the best shape that it has ever been before. This is important for anyone, but more so important for someone with CF. I feel like I can breathe easier and definitely have more longevity when working out. Thanks CFLF!"

Since 2007, The organization has awarded more than 1,350 totaling over $700,000 in direct financial assistance. The CFLF Recreation Grants help individuals with the disease afford summer camps, gym memberships, swim lessons, horseback riding, and many other activities of interest.
