Local subcontractors sought for new Lake Tahoe Boys & Girls Club project

Haen Constructors is seeking qualified subcontractors to bid on the new Boys and Girls Club of Lake Tahoe (BGCLT) clubhouse, a 10,000 square foot project to be built on the grounds of the current site on Lyons Avenue in South Lake Tahoe.

Construction on the new clubhouse will take place during the 2020 building season.

Haen is in need of subcontractors to complete site work, utilities, concrete, framing, structural steel, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, finishes, school/classroom accessories, and painting, among other jobs.

This is a great opportunity for local builders as the BGCLT and its donors are encouraging local participation. The project is privately funded, therefore it is not subject to prevailing wage rates, however, it is being built under DSA (Division of State Architects) guidelines.
