Weather - South Lake Tahoe will have a high of 48 and a low tonight of 39. Today: A 10 percent chance of rain after 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 48. West wind 5 to 10 mph. Tonight: Rain likely, mainly after 4am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Heavenly - Packed Powder. No New Snow in last 24 hours. 100% of their terrain is open - 4800 acres, 24 lifts and 97 runs are open. Base depth is 75". Lift status. Partly sunny, with a high near 46. Message from Heavenly:Expect a nice day on the mountain today with partly sunny skies, and a high near 45°.There will be a light-moderate West winds today, with moderate gusts that could possibly impact lift operations. You can access the mountain from three of our four base locations – The Heavenly Village Gondola, the CA Main Lodge, and Stagecoach Lodge. Weather permitting; 24 scheduled lifts will run from 9:00 am-4:00 pm, providing access to all 97 Heavenly trails, of which over 50% were freshly groomed overnight. Our groomer’s trail picks of the day are Ridge Bowl in CA and Jack's in NV. Tubing will open at 11:00 am at the top of The Gondola. Please note – Mott and Groove lifts will not open until 10:00 am.

Sierra-at-Tahoe - Packed Powder. No new snow. They will have 9 lifts open with groomed conditions on 34 of their open 44 runs. Six snow parks are open. Base depth is 62" to 108". Message from Sierra: Looks like we are about to enter the next round of storms! Don't fret! It may start off a bit wet, but it looks as though it will cool down and turn to snow for the next few days. We're getting started at 9:00 am this morning with 8 lifts and tows, granting access to 44 open trials, 34 groomers and 6 fun parks to shred. Once patrol gives us the thumbs up, we plan to have all 5 backcountry gates open. If you choose to make the trek into backcountry terrain, always ride with a buddy + your safety gear! There's plenty to be excited about this winter with this deep snow pack and all of the amazing park features our team is pumpping out for your skiing/riding pleasure!

Kirkwood - Packed Powder. No new snow. 100% of the mountain terrain is open with 2300 acres, 13 lifts and 86 runs. 92" base. Lift status. A 10 percent chance of rain after 4pm.
