Registration now open for the High Sierra Youth Softball league

Ages 8-12.....10:30 a.m. - Sign-ups and 11–12:30 a.m. - Skills Clinic
Ages 12-16... 12:00 p.m. - Sign-ups and 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. - Skills Clinic

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Rip, run and steal this season as a player in the High Sierra Softball League. Ages 5 to 16 are welcome to play, even for those who've never played before.
Register online at www.highsierrasoftball.com or drop by two of their sign-up days on March 5 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club or on Saturday, March 23 at the South Tahoe High Gold Gym between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
That Saturday date will also be a gear swap and skills clinic for all age groups:

Cost is $90 for minis and $110 for majors/minors. Siblings get a $10 discount.

Everyone plays in the league which goes until June 16. The league is known to help problem-solving skills, teaches participants how to build comradery, confidence, empathy and shows kids what its like to be a team player.
