Friends of Seniors, a fund of the El Dorado Community Foundation, has announced the opening of their 2017 grant process. Friends of Seniors is a dedicated group of local volunteers who work independently during the year to raise funding for programs and services that improve and enhance the quality of life for seniors in El Dorado County.
This year they will be awarding a total of up to $10,000 in grants to El Dorado County nonprofits that support the wellness, life enrichment, dignity and independence of El Dorado County seniors.
