Three women were arrested in Stateline, Nevada on Saturday, March 12 by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Street Enforcement Team (DCSET) on charges of engaging in prostitution.
The prostituted women, 23-year-old Claudia Bernal, Brenda Fee, 51, and 30-year-old Monique Lopez were arrested after DCSET was investigating reports of prostitution in the Stateline casino core. All three women were associated with an unnamed escort service.
DCSET investigators were on-scene at an undisclosed Stateline casino hotel room when the female escort arrived to perform her services. They were detained after offering sexual services for money and later booked into the Lake Tahoe Jail for solicitation or engaging in prostitution. Bail was set at $640.00 each.
