El Dorado County Connections - One Stop is hosting a free Hiring Event on Thursday, April 13, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Lake Tahoe Community College (Commons Area), located at One College Drive in South Lake Tahoe. During the event, representatives from Harrah’s and Harvey’s Lake Tahoe will share information about their organization, job opportunities and how to apply for current job openings.

Harrah’s and Harvey’s Lake Tahoe is currently recruiting for a number of open positions, including full-time and part-time jobs; Internships and Dealer School are also available. Participants of the April 13 Hiring Event should plan to bring their resumes and dress professionally. Preliminary interviews may be conducted on-site. MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa is also having a Spring job fair. Theirs will be on Monday, April 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the casino, 55 Highway 50, Stateline, Nev. They have several current openings from dealers and bartenders to massage therapists and hotel positions.

Vacassa Vacation rentals has housecleaner openings around Lake Tahoe with a starting wage of $15 per hour.
