Tahoe Chamber webinar to focus on emotional and physical wellness

Fostering emotional and physical wellness is more important than ever as we navigate the global pandemic that the COVID-19 crisis has created. The Tahoe Chamber is hosting a Level-Up webinar on Wednesday, April 15 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. to teach strategies that will maximize one's potential during this uncertain time.

Ryan Carr, the workshop facilitator, works with Barton Performance in South Lake Tahoe as the performance supervisor. His purpose is to live with passion, presence, and optimism, and to positively impact people to maximize their potential, so that we can all create and live the life we love!
Carr is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, earned his master's degree in Sport Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Sport and Performance Psychology focusing on Positive Leadership Administration.
