Stateline fire in destroys 2 buildings in trailer park on Kingsbury Grade

STATELINE, Nev. - A fire Monday morning destroyed one mobile home and a garage on Kingsbury Grade in Stateline.
At 8:50 a.m., the Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District received a call about a fire in the Ponderosa Mobile Home. When emergency crews arrived they found both a home and a garage fully engulfed with flames.
There was nobody home at the time and no injuries have been reported. A dog was in the yard of the home and neighbors broke through the fence to get her.
The cause is under investigation. According to Eric Guevin, Tahoe Douglas Fire Marshal, both buildings, which are located on Sage Drive, look to be a total loss.
