Auto Theft at Becka Dr and Glenwood Way - A man parked his car to take his dog on a walk. When he returned he found a man, a 27-year old transient, in his car trying to start it. The owner of the car kept his knee on the car door, preventing the would-be-thief from getting out and called 911.
