Lake Tahoe Lifestyle Festival on Sept. 8

The Lake Tahoe Lifestyle Festival, formerly the "Bijou Bash" will be held on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Bijou Community Park.
Barton Health and the City of South Lake Tahoe have made a collaborative effort to combine Barton's Family Health Day and the Bijou Bash - two annual events created for our community and visitors alike. Emphasizing health, recreation and fun.

The Lake Tahoe Lifestyle Festival is an opportunity for Barton to showcase our health services and support our City in an interactive environment. Local vendors, educators, physicians, and outdoor and indoor sports enthusiasts, will be on hand and provide a focus on overall wellness; including nutrition, exercise, children's health and safety, environmental education, and sports and recreation in the Lake Tahoe region.

Special events will include a guided mountain bike tour for older kids, a family forest walk and tasty food.
