South Lake Tahoe to be focus of four day Yelp celebration

Yelpers from across the West will meet in South Lake Tahoe this weekend to enjoy a full schedule of events highlighting what the community has to offer to visitors.

From October 1 to 4, 2015, Yelp has created a large schedule of events to bring people together that use the crowd sourced review service.

Dubbed "Yelp's Tahoe Getaway," users of the service have had the last month to sign up for for events at American Burger Co, Basecamp Pizza and McP's Irish Pub, as well as make plans to participate in a scavenger hunt, Rum Runner Cruise, Octoberfest and more.

Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel and Basecamp Hotel will house the participants.
