Esther L Simpson - 4/14/33 to 10/09/2014

Long time resident Esther Simpson, passed away on October 9, 2014 after a short illness.

She was well known as the owner of Simpson’s Jewelers in South Lake Tahoe since 1966, and was not only a fine businesswoman, but an amazing, beautiful soul who loved life to its fullest and a very generous person to so many.

Esther was preceded in death by her husband Phil and son Stanley Loredo. She is survived by her sister Mary Sierra of Gardnerville, NV, nephew Paul Sierra, niece Raquel Smith and faithful companion Ziggy. She was an avid golfer, skier and loved her time spent on Lake Tahoe. If you knew Esther, then you knew her as a truly Classy Lady!

She will be deeply missed.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 11:00am at St. Theresa Catholic Church with a reception immediately following at the Parish hall.
