Some loud booms will be heard around the South Shore during testing.
A storm is headed to the Lake Tahoe basin and a winter storm watch has been issued from 5:00 p.m. Wednesday to 4:00 a.m. Friday. There is a chance of 2-6 inches of snow at lake level though the storm is now trending warmer than expected. Heavy wet snow is expected for elevations above 8,000` through the Sierra.
