With gratitude, our Thanksgiving message

This is the fourth time I am able to say "Happy Thanksgiving" to the readers of South Tahoe Now. I took on this news endeavor in the summer of 2013 and have tried to create something that everyone can read and, hopefully, appreciate on a daily basis. I want to share as much as I can about what is happening in South Lake Tahoe and the surrounding communities, and I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for your support and allowing me to continue to share.

Thank you readers. You've made this year so special for me. Thousands of you have made South Tahoe Now a daily stop on your search for news and information. Thank you to those who have signed up to get daily emails, and for those that have donated to help keep the news coming.

Thank you advertisers. I am very thankful for the supporters that are behind bringing SouthTahoeNow.com to the readers. I know there are many other ways you can spend your advertising dollars and I appreciate the confidence you have in South Tahoe Now in getting your message out. Readers, please support them as they are doing more than just advertising, they are allowing to provide you with free news without having to sign up or answer surveys.

Thank you City and County employees. You answer my questions quickly and accurately. You provide valuable information that can be shared with the public.

Thank you Facebook and Twitter fans. I appreciate the relationships we've developed and I hope to continue those by not letting you down in your pursuit of local news.

Thank you concerned and involved readers and citizens who want to know something, and reach out to me with news and information or questions. I can't be everywhere, so my extra "eyes and ears" are very much appreciated!

Thank you community. I have lived here for over 38 years and enjoy the people that make up our neighborhoods, city, counties and region. Some are here for only a weekend while others stay a lifetime, but everyone is part of the community in one way or another. There are a lot of great people here and I look forward to many more years of connections.

Thank you .

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
