Olympic countdown: Anderson and Bowman lead U.S. teams to South Korea

Below are the Olympic snowboarding, free skiing, alpine and freestyle teams headed to South Korea. (names in bold are Lake Tahoe area athletes)

January 29, 2016 - 7:30pm South Tahoe High School is proud to announce they will be showing the new Warren Miller Movie, Chasing Shadows on January 29th at 7:30 p.m. in the High School Theater.
COST is $15.00 if the tickets are purchased at the school's ASB office. They are $16.50 if purchased through the school's online store at LTUSD.org.

Purchase a Lake Tahoe license plate and ski or ride for free

The Tahoe Fund is working with the California Tahoe Conservancy and Nevada State Lands to promote the sale of their Lake Tahoe license plates. Between now and April 5, 2015, receive two free alpine or nordic tickets to the resort of your choice when you purchase the special plates.
Lake Tahoe Attracts Top-Notch Physicians

In a 2012 study, the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) estimated that physician recruitment costs between $75,000 and $90,000 per doctor. This does not include the time and effort to set up a medical practice and then to retain a physician.
