The 12th Annual Kids' Fishing Derby on September 21

September 21, 2014 - 7:00am The South Lake Tahoe Moose Lodge is hosting the 12TH Annual Kids' Fishing Derby on Sunday, September 21, at Tahoe Paradise’s Lake Baron. The Derby is FREE to all children under the age of 16. Registration begins at 7:00 am at Lake Baron, near the main entrance. Hot Dogs, Chips, Sodas, and water are provided FREE to all registered children. The event wraps up at 3:00 p.m.
For the event, the Lodge will be planting the lake with over 1000 pounds of trout, ranging from one to five pounds. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Prizes (savings accounts at El Dorado Savings Bank) will be awarded for the largest fish caught. Each registered child also will receive a raffle ticket for a drawing to win a prize from a large selection of toys and games.
