Dan Costa headlines US Bank Speakers Series at SNC Tahoe

Dan Costa, entrepreneur and CEO of First Tactical, will headline the first 2015-2016 US Bank Speakers Series event at Sierra Nevada College. This free lunchtime event takes place Oct. 21 at 11:30 a.m. on SNC Tahoe’s Incline Village campus in their Tahoe Center for Environmental Sciences. It is open to the public.

Like so many in our region, Costa has an amazing entrepreneurial story. He started washing dishes as a teenager, quickly working his way up while developing a passion for entrepreneurship. He founded apparel and accessories company First Tactical with an innovative business model that led the firm to become the leading provider of apparel and accessories for military, first-responder and civilian consumers.

In addition to founding and growing First Tactical, Costa has founded or led several other premier brands, including Royal Robins, Velvet Creamery Restaurants, Velvet Foods, Davis Lay Produce and Mallards Foods.
