South Tahoe Little League holds final registration day, junior umpire training and clinics Sunday

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - This is a big weekend for South Tahoe Little League.

On Sunday, March 1, it is AAA and Majors Warm-Up Clinic in the South Tahoe High School Gym. Go "knock off some rust" before player evaluations on March 15 and 22 (reserve time for those two dates here).

The AAA players clinic will run from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Majors will hold theirs from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Also on Sunday, March 1 is the mandatory junior umpire training from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is for 12-year-old and older that what to be an umpire this season for the AAA division. This is the first step. There will be guest trainers showing those interested the way.

March 1 is also the deadline for AAA and Majors registration. This will be the final opportunity to play spring baseball. For more information, visit https://www.southtahoell.com/.
