The following is a recap of activity the South Lake Tahoe Police Department responded to 134 calls between March 23 and March 28, 2016.

Calls Resulting in Arrests:

3/23

2:49 a.m.- Liquor Laws in 3300 block of Lake Tahoe Blvd - Officer saw two minors with bikes parked, sitting drinking beers. They said a man went into the Safeway Gas Station and bought it for them. Man providing beer was found, arrested for providing alcohol to a minor, and kids arrested for minors with alcohol.
12:07 p.m. - Battery in 1000 lock of Heavenly Village Way
9:25 p.m. - Violation of Court Order in the 3600 lock of Lake Tahoe Blvd

3/24
6:48 a.m. - Assault with a Deadly Weapon in the 1000 block of Julie Lane. 11-year-olde taken to Juvenile Treatment Center after throwing Heely shoe at foster parents after refusing to go to school.
1:09 p.m. - Hit and Run in the 500 block of James Ave. - A car hit another car and took off. A witness followed the car and called police. Driver was arrested for no insurance and fleeing scene of an accident.
8:23 p.m. - DUI in the 2400 block of Lake Tahoe Blvd.
11:59 p.m. - Driving on a suspended/revoked license at Lakeview and Pasadena

10:35 a.m. - Trespassing in the 3500 block of Lake Tahoe Blvd
12:30 p.m. - Weapon Offense in the 1700 block of Lake Tahoe Blvd
1:42 p.m. - Drug Offense at Tallac and Harrison
7:00 p.m. - Drunk in Public in the 3500 block of Deer Lane

9:13 p.m. - Drunk in Public in the 2600 block of Lake Tahoe Blvd

12:51 a.m. - Auto Theft in the 2000 block of Dunlap *
9:29 p.m. - DUI in the 600 block of El Dorado Ave
9:55 p.m. - Drunk in Public in the 3600 block of Lake Tahoe Blvd

3/28
7:17 am - Assault With a Deadly Weapon in the 1000 block of Emerald Bay Rd. Woman walked into Round Table Pizza, started bothering a family. Staff asked her to leave but she refused. Walked over to employee tip jar on counter and threw at employees. Staff then saw her with a bottle of Bacardi that she tried to hit them with. After police arrived, she started kicking the officers.

2:23 p.m. - DUI in the 3900 block of Lake Tahoe Blvd
6:14 p.m. - Petty Theft in the 3600 block of Pasadena Ave

7:17 a.m. - Auto Theft in the 800 block of South Shore Drive *
5:20 p.m. - Burglary in the 800 block of Lakeview Ave

3/28
1:20 a.m. - Vandalism in the 2500 block of Bertha Ave

*Boys from a group home in Meyers left without permission on 3/27. Allegedly they had car stealing tools with them, and stole a car on Dunlap Ave. Not knowing how to drive a stick shift, and after several attempts by each of the three minors, they abandoned that car and stole another. During the night of crime the boys stole items from unlocked cars. With the help of El Dorado County Sheriffs, the boys were contacted at their group home the next day with stolen bikes, and stolen items from the cars in their possession.
