Assault with a deadly weapon (ADW) in the 1400 block of Melba - Two brothers were in a family fight. 23-year-old Christopher Amato stabbed his 37-year-old brother in the abdomen. The elder brother was transported to Barton, condition unknown. The younger brother was booked into El Dorado County Jail on charges of ADW.

Fraud in the 600 block of Patricia - Victim purchased a $12,000 RV on Craigslist, sight unseen. Transaction conducted via a bank wire after victim spoke with "EBay Financial Consultant." Person selling RV was in Utah who said the RV was in Kansas. Registered in Simi Valley, Calif., and purchased in Arizona. "Title" emailed over had "VOID" on it. RV was to arrive in two days, never got to South Lake Tahoe.
