Lake Tahoe homes featured on May 27 episode of HGTV's House Hunters

Fans of HGTV’s House Hunters may see some familiar scenery on the May 27 episode, which features a Bay Area couple’s search for the perfect Lake Tahoe mountain home.

Travis and Morgan Fields of Oakland were working with Chase International’s Angie Clark last spring when they decided to invite the show to follow them on their quest. HGTV producers and a film crew visited Lake Tahoe to film the couple on their South Lake Tahoe search. The episode, “Looking for a Log Cabin Vacation Home in Lake Tahoe,” will air Wednesday, May 27 at 7 p.m. It will air again through the weekend.

If you haven't seen the popular show, it's premise is to go behind the scenes as couples and families decide what is important to them in a home, see what is available in the area in their price range, and ultimately decide which home is their best option. The show generally highlights three of the final homes before a decision is made. The majority of the filming is done during the search, but the production crew returned and wrapped in November to see the Fields in their new home.

“It was a wonderful experience,” Clark said. “I’m a big fan of the show, so to be a part of it with Travis and Morgan, who are simply wonderful, was an experience I’ll never forget.”

Angie Clark has worked in the real estate field for more than ten years and is looking forward to the viewing party she’ll experience with her fellow Chase agents.
