The Douglas County elections office anticipates publishing results at the end of the day Wednesday, June 17, depending upon whether the Secretary of State’s office authorizes the final count of provisional ballots. All ballots had to be postmarked by election day, June 9.

For the safety of all Nevadans, and as a temporary measure to help slow the spread of COVID-19, the 2020 primary election was conducted through mail-in ballots for the first time. There were still a few polling places open in the state to assist those who chose not to mail in a ballot.
