Kudos: Bread & Broth thanks Heavenly Mountain Resort

Heavenly Mountain Resort sponsored their 4th Bread & Broth Adopt A Day of Nourishment Monday Meal this year on August 12th. Mike Allen, Vince Arthur, Russell Carlton, Eric Davidson and Ted McDowell, all members of Heavenly’s Senior Leadership Team, volunteered and participated in the dinner hosted by Heavenly.

Collectively, the five sponsor volunteers shared their thoughts regarding their experience of participating at a Monday Meal dinner. “It was a pleasure and privilege to represent Heavenly Mountain Resort at Bread & Broth’s Monday Meal. Connecting with the community and listening to their thanks always makes it time well spent.” Feeding those in need is indeed a gratifying experience and a great way to share food and community with those who attend the dinners.

Bead & Broth’s Adopt A Day of Nourishment program invites individuals, families, organizations and businesses to sponsor and participate in hosting at the B&B’s Monday Meal. Thanks to Vail’s EpicPromise Grant, Heavenly sponsors 6 Adopt A Days annually and encourages their team members to volunteer their time and participate in community service programs and projects. As AAD sponsor volunteers, Heavenly team members are always so helpful and positive and, just like the Senior Leadership Team that assisted on August 12th, a pleasure to have participating in the dinners.
