On the job for just 17 months, Mark Carlson has been given a promotion. The Administrative Services Director is also now the Assistant City Manager.

Before the public sector he served as the Controller and Senior Vice President for Craft3 in Astoria, a $90 million non-profit Community Development Financial institution.
