Lake Tahoe Festival of Trees and Lights at MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa

Event Date:
November 29, 2012 - 10:00am

The holiday season kicks off with magic and splendor Nov. 29 through Dec. 2 with the 4th annual Barton Health Festival of Trees & Lights at MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa.
The Barton Foundation has a long history of hosting a Christmas event in South Lake Tahoe. What started in 1997 as the “Special Tradition” Christmas party at the Emerald Bay Trading Co. moved to the Heavenly Village in 2003 and in 2009 was reinvented as the Lake Tahoe Festival of Trees and Lights. The Festival is the kick off to the holiday season and offers the community and visitors a family-oriented event while at the same time raising much-needed funds for Barton Memorial Hospital.
The 4th annual festival features designer decorated trees, holiday décor, crafts for kids, live entertainment and appearances by Santa himself. Go here to learn how to be a sponsor, here to buy tickets.

The event begins Thursday, Nov. 29 with a Senior Stroll from 10am - 11am and Public Viewing 10am - 2pm. It continues Friday, Nov. 30 with a Public Viewing 10am - 2pm and Family Night 5pm - 9pm. Saturday, Dec 1 festivities include a Teddy Bear Breakfast 8:30am - 9:30am, Public Viewing 10am - 2pm and The Gala 5:30pm - midnight.
Sunday, December 2: Public Viewing 10am - 2pm and Family Movie Night "The Polar Express" beginning at 3pm.
