Renovator, Repair, Painter (RRP) Training Course for Local Contractors

The City of South Lake Tahoe and Lake Tahoe Community College Connect Community Education are sponsoring the Renovator, Repair, Painter (RRP) course for local construction workers. The Lead Safe Worker 8-hour training for Renovators, Repair and Painters is being offered at LTCC campus on Saturday, December 8th from 8am-5pm.
The cost to attend the training is $50 and up to two workers from each local company are welcome to participate.
This 1-day class explains how to comply with the Environmental Protection Agency's RRP rule. Subjects covered include; health effects, regulations, lead safe work practices, containment, cleaning and record keeping. After passing an end-of-class exam, students will receive their RRP certificate.
A Spanish-language class is scheduled for January 19, 2013.
