El Dorado County Sheriff's Office responds to calls throughout the county.
The following are calls that only pertain to the South Shore. There may be some missing calls due to sheriff's logs not being completed at press time and the story will be updated when provided.
11/23
1:18 p.m. - Al Tahoe Blvd - A 52-YEAR-OLD MAN WAS REPORTED MISSING. MISSING PERSON WAS ENTERED INTO THE MISSING/UNIDENTIFIED PERSON SYSTEM AND THE INCIDENT WAS DOCUMENTED.
8:45 p.m. - Panorama Dr - OVERDUE HIKER - 28-YEAR-OLD MAN WAS SEPARATED FROM GROUP WHILE HIKING.
11/24
3:14 a.m. - Koyukon Dr - FORCED ENTRY. DEPUTIES FORCED ENTRY BY BREACHING THE FRONT DOOR TO A RESIDENCE DURING A BURGLARY IN PROGRESS INVESTIGATION. THE INVESTIGATION DETERMINED THE CRIME WAS UNFOUNDED AND THE HOUSE WAS UNOCCUPIED. REPORT TAKEN TO DOCUMENT THE DAMAGE.
4:29 a.m. - Pioneer Trail - CORONER'S CASE. CORONER INVESTIGATION INVOLVING A DEATH OF 21 YEAR-OLD WOMAN RESULTING FROM A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT.
7:54 a.m. - South Ave - 84-YEAR-OLD FEMALE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT HOSPITAL.
1:22 p.m. - James Ave - A REPORT OF A DECEASED 68-YEAR-OLD MAN.
11/25
2:45 p.m. - Sioux St - UNKNOWN SUSPECT ATTEMPTED TO ENTER THE VICTIM'S VACATION HOME CAUSING APPROXIMATELY $600 IN DAMAGE.
4:40 p.m. - Eagle Falls Parking Lot - UNKNOWN PERSON(S) REMOVED CASH FROM A PARKED VEHICLE NEAR THE EAGLE FALLS PARKING LOT IN EMERALD BAY.
6:50 p.m. - Copper Way - MARRIED SUSPECT AND VICTIM. SUSPECT PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED VICTIM LEAVING VISIBLE INJURIES.

1:55 p.m. - Oaxaco St - DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT IN PROGRESS. SUBJECT WAS LOCATED AND ARRESTED FOR DRUNK IN PUBLIC AND TRANSPORTED TO JAIL.
3 p.m. - Emerald Bay - A 47-YEAR-OLD MALE WAS DETAINED FOR VARIOUS VEHICLE CODE VIOLATIONS. HE WAS ARRESTED FOR AN OUTSTANDING WARRANT AND CITED/RELEASED FOR DRIVING WITHOUT A VALID LICENSE AND EXPIRED REGISTRATION.
11/28
1:55 p.m. - Oaxaco St - DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT IN PROGRESS. A 61-YEAR-OLD WOMAN WAS LOCATED AND ARRESTED FOR BEING DRUNK IN PUBLIC AND TRANSPORTED TO JAIL.
3:00 p.m. - Emerald Bay Rd - A 47-YEAR-OLD MALE WAS DETAINED FOR VARIOUS VEHICLE CODE VIOLATIONS. HE WAS ARRESTED FOR AN OUTSTANDING WARRANT AND CITED/RELEASED FOR DRIVING WITHOUT A VALID LICENSE AND EXPIRED REGISTRATION
9:35 p.m. - Glen Alpine Falls - SEARCH AND RESCUE INITIATED FOR TWO WOMEN, AGES 23 AND 24 WHO WERE LOST NEAR GLEN ALPINE FALLS.
